Buying Guide: How To Choose Clear Plastic Hurricane Glasses
Key questions to guide your selection:
- What capacity do I need? Consider the typical serving size of your drinks and whether you prefer smaller 13.5 oz glasses or larger 15–20 oz options for longer sessions.
- How many will I serve? For large events, bulk packs (like 48 pieces) minimize refills and simplify cleanup; for intimate gatherings, smaller sets can be more manageable.
- What is the ideal balance of durability and appearance? Look for shatter-resistant plastic with a design that mimics glass, yet remains comfortable to hold.
- Are these dishwasher-safe? If you plan heavy use, dishwasher-safe options save time, but verify heat tolerance and care instructions from the seller.
- Will they be used indoors, outdoors, or both? Outdoor use benefits from pool-safe, non-slip bases and robust construction to withstand occasional drops.
- Storage and organization: do you have space to store bulk packs, and can you prevent loss during events? Bulk storage bins help maintain inventory.
